Remarks. The figures of the female genitalia inadvertently are left out in Hestenes & Saether (2000). The female genitalia are illustrated here ( Figs 26 A–C).
Distribution and ecology. The species is known from Manitoba and Ontario in Canada, and Ohio in USA ( Hestenes & Saether 2000).
