Diagnosis. Body length 23.5 mm; ovipositor sheath length 25.85 mm; fore wing length 13.7 mm. Antenna with 43 antennomeres; frons dorsally with strong up curved rugae and coarsely transversely rugose frontally; vertex with three strong regular carinae followed by a coarse densely reticulate flattened area; temples smooth, rounded and narrowed behind eyes; occipital carina strongly developed, reaching lower level of eyes; neck anteriorly deeply emarginate; pronotum with three robust curved carinae anteriorly, followed by four weak carinae posteriorly; pronotum posteriorly convex; convex part of metapleuron coarsely reticulate; propodeum coarsely and densely foveolate with wide smooth interstices; vein 1-M 7.4× vein 1-SR and 1.2× vein m-cu; vein 2-SR 1.1× vein r; hind coxa rather slender, spindle-shaped; hind femur swollen and robust, bidentate ventrally; hind tibia steeply depressed at base on the outer side of widened part; first metasomal tergite 12.4× as long as its maximum width; ovipositor sheath 1.1× length of body, with a long subapical ivory part, ivory part 1.3× as long as dark apical part.
