Distribution. SE part of European Russia. Recently found in Estonia ( Jürivete 2004) and Ukraine ( Bidzilya & Budashkin 2009).
Remarks. This species was described from lower Volga region.
The sequence of species in the genus Bryotropha follows that of Karsholt & Rutten (2005).
