Diagnosis. Mature nymph. 1) frons with two fused keels ( Fig. 23E View FIGURE23 ); 2) distolateral margin of labrum with bifid and pectinate setae (Fig. 74B in Nieto & Salles 2006); 3) right mandible incisors cleft (Fig. 76 in Nieto & Salles 2006); 4) distomedial protuberance of labial palp 2.2–2.5× width of base of segment III (Fig. 79 in Nieto & Salles 2006); 5) glossa almost truncate at apex (Fig. 79 in Nieto & Salles 2006); 6) hind wing pads present; 7) anterior surface of forefemur with one row blunt setae near dorsal margin, and two rows of pectinate and stout setae near ventral margin ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); 8) anterior surface of foretibia with irregular rows of pectinate and stout setae ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); 9) anterior surface of foretarsus without setae ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); 10) ventral margin of tarsus with two rows of stout setae, one simple and other pectinate ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); 11) cercus with short spines on each segment ( Fig. 24D View FIGURE 24 ); 12) paracercus with short spines on each segment ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ); 13) body color pattern as in figures 23A–23D.

Complementary description. Mature nymph. Head. Frons with two fused keels ( Fig. 23E View FIGURE23 ). Antenna with scape and pedicel subcylindrical; flagellum with blunt spines and thin setae ( Fig. 24A View FIGURE 24 ). Labrum dorsally with thin setae scattered over surface; subapical setae indistinguishable from others; near distolateral margin with one pair of long and thin setae indistinguishable from others; ventrally with submarginal row of setae composed of long and stout setae on lateral margin; distolateral margin with bifid and pectinate setae, distal margin with bifid setae; ventral surface with one row of stout setae near lateral and distolateral margin. Maxilla with maxillary palp long, 2.0–2.7× length of galea-lacinia; palp segment II 1.3× length of segment I. Labium with glossa apex almost truncate, 0.9× length of paraglossa; inner margin bare ventrally; inner margin, dorsally, with nine stout setae increasing in length apically; apex with one row of short and stout setae dorsally outer margin bare ventrally; outer margin, dorsally, with eleven long and stout setae; ventral surface scattered with long, and thin setae; dorsal surface with one tuft of stout setae on apical third. Paraglossa apex rounded; dorsally with three long and stout setae; outer margin with one row of long stout setae ventrally, inner margin with row of ten long and stout setae dorsally; dorsal surface with three longitudinal rows of setae, two near outer and other near inner margins; ventral surface with one row of five stout setae increasing in length near inner margin. Labial palp with segment I 0.8× length of segments II and III combined; segment I with thin setae. Segment II with distomedial protuberance 2.2–2.5× width of base of segment III; inner margin with few short and stout setae and long and thin setae; outer margin covered with short and thin setae; dorsally covered with thin setae. Segment III inner margin with one row of stout setae ventrally and dorsally; length 1.0× width; covered with short and thin setae. Thorax. Foreleg ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ) ratio 1.4:(0.90mm):0.9:0.4. Forefemur with length about 4.8× maximum width; dorsal margin with row of blunt and sometimes apically frayed setae (in lateral view they look like stout setae); ventral margin with row of robust, pectinate and stout setae; length of setae on dorsal margin about 0.1× maximum width of femur; dorsal margin with one row of robust, blunt and sometimes apically frayed setae; near dorsal margin one row of blunt setae; near ventral margin two rows of pectinate and stout setae; posterior surface with two rows of pectinate and stout setae near ventral margin. Dorsal margin of tibia with short and simple setae; ventral margin with one row of stout setae; anterior surface with irregular rows of pectinate and stout setae. Dorsal margin of tarsus with short and thin setae; ventral margin with two rows of stout setae, one simple and other pectinate. Mid and hind legs similar to foreleg. Abdomen with hyaline gills; margin with narrow spines intercalating short and thin setae. Tracheae pigmented. Gill I as long as length of segment II and half of III combined; lanceolate. Gill IV as long as length of segment V and half of VI combined; lanceolate. Gill VII as long as length of segments VIII and IX; lanceolate. Paraproct with 19–31 marginal spines; surface with micropores and short and thin setae; postero-lateral extension with marginal spines. Paracercus with short spines on each segment ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ). Cercus with short spines on each segment, and long spines laterally ( Fig. 24D View FIGURE 24 ).
