Diagnosis. This new species differs from S. (O.) apicopubescens sp. nov. by having the dorsal lobe of gonopods with several serrated processes subapically ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ), the surstylus with 1 strong prensiseta subdorsally and flat anteroventrally ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ).
Description. Male and female: Frons brown above, dark brown below. Face, clypeus and gena brown. Mesoscutum yellow medially, brownish yellow laterally. Scutellum yellow in male, brownish in female. Pleura below yellowish brown in male, brown in female. All abdominal tergites brown, yellow on median line of 2nd to 4th tergites; sternites yellow, brown to dark brown on tergites 5th and 6th in male, while on tergites 5th to 7th in female.
Measurements. BL = 3.05 mm in holotype (range in 53 4ΨΨ paratypes: 2.75–3.10 in 3, 3.12–3.88 in ΨΨ), ThL = 1.36 mm (1.20–1.28 in 3, 1.03–1.68 in ΨΨ), WL = 2.70 mm (2.40–2.80 in 3, 2.08–3.12 in ΨΨ), WW = 1.20 mm (0.84–1.02 in 3, 1.00– 1.48 in ΨΨ), arb =6/4 (6–9/4–5), avd = 0.71 (0.71–0.87), adf = 1.91 (1.92–2.67), flw =1.73 (1.78–2.18), FW/HW = 0.48 (0.38–0.48), ch/o = 0.07 (0.08–0.11), prorb = 1.36 (1.10–1.29), rcorb = 0.92 (0.71–0.90), vb = 0.69 (0.45–0.69), dcl = 0.53 (0.35–0.52), presctl = 0.73 (0.46– 0.60), sctl = 1.51 (0.90–1.21), sterno = 1.03 (0.73–0.97), orbito = 1.71 (1.83–2.86), dcp = 0.27 (0.26–0.34), sctlp = 0.83 (0.94–1.09), C = 3.31 (2.77–3.35), 4c = 0.77 (0.73–0.81), 4v = 1.91 (1.61–1.86), 5x = 1.30 (1.00– 1.29), ac = 4.08 (3.38–4.38), M = 0.47 (0.39–0.47), C3F = 0.84 (0.75–0.90).

Etymology. A combination of the Latin words: apex and setosus, referring to the aedeagus with tentaclelike processes apically.
Distribution. China (Guangdong, Guangxi).
