Chibchella nigricans Piza, 1978

This species does not belong to Chibchella (Teleutiini) but to Schedocentrus (Cocconotini) . Currently we are unable to decide if the female holotype might match one of the other species of this large genus. With some bald spots on the tegmina and its strong ovipositor it can be included into the nominate subgenus.
