Distribution. This species is known from Argentina, Brazil, French Guiana and Surinam ( Packauskas 2010). Paraguay is a new country record.

Material Examined. New Records. Paraguay: Itabo , 19-I-1991, Arriagada (Drake, 1); Ybyturuzu, I-1995 (Drake, 1) .
