Diagnosis. Wings hyaline. Central sclerite of the hypandrium convex anteriorly, with two stout, truncate posterior processes ( Fig. 91 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ). Phallosome V-shaped anteriorly, with side struts slender, not fused proximally; external parameres distally rounded, with outer border rugose ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ).Three pairs of endophallic sclerites: A large mesal endophallic sclerite with five mid sized, blunt ended processes; anterior pair stout, mid sized, with outer arms long, stout, with posterior fourth rugose; inner arms short, stout, slanted distally; posterior pair mid-sized, stout, anteriorly pointed, and posteriorly with 2–3 acuminate apophyses ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ).
Color (in 80% ethanol). Body pale brown. Compound eyes brown; ocelli hyaline, with ochre centripetal crescents. Head pattern ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ); postclypeus with brown V-shaped area; anteclypeus and labrum pale brown; genae and postgenae brown, with ochre small area at bottom; antennae pale brown; maxillary palps pale brown, Mx4 darker distally. Thorax pale brown, with some areas of the tergal lobes of meso- and metathorax cream; pleura with ochre brown spots. Tibiae and tarsi brown, coxae and trochanters cream, coxae with pale ochre small spot, femora cream proximally and pale brown distally. Forewing veins with brown spot on vein ends. Pterostigma with pale brown bands proximally and distally. Abdomen cream, with small, subcuticular brown spots.
Morphology. Head ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ): H/MxW: 1.52; H/D: 2.25, IO/MxW: 0.54, MxW/IO: 2.8. Vertex slightly below the level of the compound eyes. Outer cusp of lacinial tips broad, with five denticles. Mx4/Mx2: 1.42; Mx4/Mx3: 3.67. Forewings ( Fig. 87 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ): L/W: 2.59, pterostigma: lp/wp: 6.09; areola postica high, la/ha: 2.00. Hindwings ( Fig. 88 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ): l/w: 2.95. Hypandrium ( Fig. 91 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ). Paraprocts broad, oval ( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ), with medium sized and short setae in the posterior third and inner border, with a macrosetae near the sensory fields; these with 22 trichobothria on basal rosettes. Epiproct broadly triangular, anteriorly convex, rounded posteriorly, with setae as illustrated ( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 87 – 92 ).

Etymology. This species is dedicated to the Camentsá Indians that inhabit areas of the Colombian department of Putumayo.
