Nine specimens were found with a more or less smooth cuticle, which did not allow further identification within the genus Gordius . These specimens are only briefly mentioned here. Collecting locality, sex, hosts or potential hosts and the accession numbers are listed in Table 1.

Gordius sp. (specimen 1). Length 450 mm, diameter 1.7 mm. Medium brown with dark collar. Smooth cuticle ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1. A D).
Gordius sp. (2, 3). With smooth cuticle ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1. A E, F). Specimen 2 is 310 mm long and has a diameter of 1.2 mm, specimen 3 is 305 mm long and has a diameter of 1.3 mm. Both specimens are medium brown in color, a dark collar is present, but weak in specimen 3.
Gordius sp. (4). Length 545 mm, diameter 0.8 mm. Medium brown with dark collar. Cuticle smooth ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1. A G) and with no special characteristics at the posterior end ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1. A H).
Gordius sp. (5). Length 290 mm, diameter 1.6 mm. Medium brown with dark collar. Cuticle not in good shape, with irregular elevations not resembling native cuticular patterns ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 A). Otherwise smooth cuticle.
Gordius sp. (6). Length 170 mm, diameter 1.0 mm. Very light in color, almost whitish. The dark collar present is hardly visible. Darker coloration around the cloacal opening. Cuticle smooth ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 B).
Gordius sp. (7). Length 605 mm, diameter 1.3 mm. Medium brown with dark collar and clearly visible dorsal and ventral darkly pigmented longitudinal lines along the body. Cuticle smooth ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 C).
Gordius sp. (8). Length 665 mm, diameter 1.0 mm. Medium brown with dark collar and clearly visible dorsal and ventral darkly pigmented longitudinal lines along the body. Cuticle smooth with some longitudinal irregular ridges in some parts of the body ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D).
Gordius sp. (9). Length 280 mm, diameter 1.3 mm. Light brown with faintly visible dark collar. Cuticle smooth ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 E).
