Spartacus discovittatus Carvalho, 1945a: 32 View in CoL (orig. descrip.).
Diagnosis. Scutellum uniformly black; pronotum with collar and broad median area of posterior lobe dark brown to black. Hemelytra hyaline. Length 3.25–3.70 mm.
Host. Heliconia psittacorum Sessé and Moç. [ Musaceae ] ( Ferreira et al., 2001).
Distribution. Brazil (Minas Gerais) ( Carvalho, 1945a).
Minas Gerais specimens examined. 3 ΨΨ, Viçosa, J. C. M. Carvalho ( USNM).
