Holotype: FFR 4677 , 95.2 mm SL; Muğla prov.: Dalaman River north of Dalaman , 36.8150E 28.8020E.

Paratypes: FFR 4618 , 58 , 30–92 mm SL; same data as holotype .

Status: Valid.

Alburnus magnificus Freyhof & Turan, 2019 ( Fig. 28 ) Holotype: FFR 998 , 76 mm SL; Kilis prov.: stream Afrin about 5 km east of Kocabeyli , 36.8060N 36.9820E.

Paratypes: FFR 4672 , 17 , 45–81 mm SL; same data as holotype .— FFR 990 , 86 , 42–82 mm SL; Hatay prov.: stream Bedirge north east of Akıncılar , 36.3710N 36.1938E .— FFR 4673 , 2 , 60–70 mm SL; Gaziantep prov.: stream Karasu at Tilmen Höyük 37.0300N 36.7050E .

Status: Valid.

Remarks: Freyhof and Turan (2019) reported the range and the number of the FFR 4672 as 16, 35– 65 mm SL, however, we indicated the range of the paratpes in the lot as 17, 45– 81 mm SL.
