Described from Venezuela, Caracas, and distributed in Costa Rica and Venezuela. We add new country record: Trinidad and Tobago, Trinidad, Tunapuna, Mt St Benedict , 550 m, nine males, 5–21 June 1993, S. and J. Peck col. ; Lalaja Trace , 19 km N Arima, 550 m, four males, 24 June–7 July 1993, S. and J. Peck col. ; Maracas Valley, above Loango Village , 600 m, two males, 22 June–6 July 1993, S. and J. Peck col. ( CMNC, MNRJ) .
