Familia Philopotamidae View in CoL
Esta familia de distribución mundial presenta su mayor diversidad en las regiones más cálidas, en la región Neotropical se reconocen 19 géneros ( Holzenthal y Calor, 2017). En la provincia registramos por primera vez a Chimarra (Chimarra) argentinica Ulmer.
