Familia Staphylinidae View in CoL
En el mundo esta familia de tamaño pequeño a medio coloniza gran diversidad de medios y son predadores, tanto las larvas como los adultos ( Archangelsky et al., 2009). En la provincia registramos por primera vez a Thinobius pulchripennis Bernhauer, T. iridipennis Fauvel y Thinobius andinus Scheibler and Chani-Posse de Maus.
