2 PT: 1 Ƌ & 1 ♀, also 2 eggs: PERU: Huanuco, Panguana [Private Conservation Area] captive bred 2007 (P. E. Bragg) [ BMNH (E) #878185-878187]. The ♀ holotype is in MUSM . There are an additional 214 paratypes (112 Ƌ, 81 ♀, 21 nymphs and eggs) in MNHU, ZSMC, O. Conle & F. Hennemann Colls.
