This small, submontane endemic skink is only known from the rocky slopes of Bamboutos Mountains, between 2,350 and 2,700 m altitude ( Fig. 15 View Fig ). It is not present in the Mt. Oku region. Its classification in the IUCN Red List and the measures to undertake for the conservation of its habitat should be a priority.
