Diagnosis: Species included in this group are distinct with very different wing markings than others. Wings with ground color whitish. Fore wings with an outwardly oblique grayish brown antemedial band, broken near the inner margin; followed by a medial band restricted as a somewhat triangular grayish brown patch on costal margin; postmedial band starts as a small triangular grayish patch on costal margin, then being obsolete into a series of indistinct spots that connects with the antemedial band on the inner margin; a submarginal indistinct band of same color. A series of antecilial spots on the trailing edges of each veins. Hind wings whitish, with traces of grayish brown color.
Distribution: New Guinea up to Queensland of Australia.
