Examined material. 7 sh. (MACN-In 40679).
Description. Shell height to 6 mm; turritelliform, moderately solid. Protoconch small, of 3 convex whorls, the first smooth, two others sculptured with about 25 closely arranged axial threads per whorl. Teleoconch of up to 7.25 whorls, slightly convex in outline; last whorl comprising about 40% of total shell height. Suture impressed. Surface white; sculptured with 20 to 24 low axial ribs and 3 to 5 spiral cords per whorl, which produce small beads at their intersections; base sculptured with one strong and one or two narrower, smooth cords; the former delimiting the base. Aperture subquadrate, interior white; columellar callus narrow; siphonal canal extremely short, markedly oblique, wide.
