Accesion numbers: CCH.116. (125; 126; 127) Localities: San Nicolás (9° 8'17.20"N; 74°38'59.42" O); Ricaurte (9°7'7.63"N; 74°11'40.83" O).

Redescription: Based on 15 specimens: Body 8.23–17.15 (9.80 ± 3.25) long by 4.58–8.88 (5.32 ± 1.57) wide. Tegument without spines; papillae ventral from posterior level of genital sucker to posterior end of the body, its number and size increase towards the acetabulum. Tegument thin on fields lateral, extend from pharyngeal level to acetabulum. Pharynx 0.42–1.0 (0.64 ± 0.19) long by 0.42–0.66 (0.49 ± 0.08) wide; tiny extramural pharyngeal sacs. Oesophagous large, coiling to extended; oesophageal bulb 0.78–1.08 (0.91 ± 0.10) long by 0.30–0.48 (0.37 ± 0.06) wide. Caeca slightly sinuous, ending in the second third of the body. Genital sucker bifurcal to inmediatly postbifurcal, 0.43–0.71 (0.54 ± 0.10) long by 0.49–0.69 (0.56 ± 0.08) wide. Testes in mid – region of body, in tandem, intercaecal, lobed to branched, may be threadlike extensions. Anterior testis 1.31–1.47 (0.92 ± 0.27) long by 1.31–1.65 (1.40 ± 0.17) wide; posterior testis 0.90–1.51 (1.09 ± 0.20) long by 1.16–1.79 (1.34 ± 0.21) wide. Cirrus sac 0.29–0.58 (0.38 ± 0.11) long by 0.22–0.29 (0.26 ± 0.03) wide. Ovary small, round to lobed, between the posterior testis and acetabulum, to level of caeca ends 0.14–0.24 (0.19 ± 0.03) long by 0.15–0.19 (0.16 ± 0.02) wide. Ootype small, dorsal to ovary. Uterus intercaecal, form transverse coils and dorsal to testes. Eggs 111.44–123.38 (119.40 ± 4.67) long by 79.60–89.55 (83.58 ± 4.67) wide. Vitelline follicles small and usually not numerous. Acetabulum ventral, subterminal, medium; aperture oval to longitudinal, 1.39–2.41 (1.73 ± 0.33) long by 1.37– 2.05 (1.55 ± 0.24) wide. Excretory vesicle V – shaped, pore dorsal to anterior margin of acetabulum.
