Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: United Arab Emirates ( Guichard 1989b; Gillett & Gillett 2005 as Stizus citrinus ; Howarth & Gillett 2008; Schmid-Egger 2011).

Extralimital distribution: Egypt, India, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Sudan.
