Material examined. 1 spec, TAU P- 10498, Israel, Off Haifa Bay, 1200 m, coll. Galil, 12 October, 1993. Distribution. A Mediterranean endemic, known from the Levant and Aegean Sea; depth range 30– 120 m. This is a depth record for the species.
