Specimens examined:— CHIN. Falam District: 1980 m, 18 Aug 1910, Venning 18 ( K); Mindat District : 1924, Cooper 6048 ( E, SING). Also reported from Shan State by Kress et al. (2003: 81), but we have not seen material from this area.
Distribution:— Northern India, the Himalayas, Myanmar, southwestern China and Taiwan.
