Homotypic synonym: Graphorkis bracteosa (Lindl.) Kuntze, Revis. Gen . Pl. 2: 662, 1891.

Heterotypic synonym: Eulophia grandiflora Lindl. , Gen . Sp. Orchid. Pl.: 181, 1833.

Specimen examined:— MON. Mawlamyine District: Parish 157 ( K). Also reported from Tanintharyi Region by Kress et al. (2003: 78), but we have not seen material from this area.

Distribution:— Northeastern India, Bangladesh, southern Myanmar and southwestern and southern China.
