(2003: 72), but we have not seen material from these areas.

Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.

Note:— We think that Seidenfaden (1985: 23) was correct when he suspected D. calothyrsos is a synonym.
