Specimen examined:— KACHIN. Putao District: Feb / Mar 2007 or 2009, Kurzweil & Saw Lwin KL s.n. [no. 4] (SING [s]).
Note:— In vegetative and inflorescence characters, similar to C. ophrydis (J.Koenig) M.A.Clem. & D.L.Jones , but with much larger flowers and a different lip shape.
