Heterotypic synonym: Epipactis dickasonii Ormerod , Taiwania 57: 120, 2012. Type:— MYANMAR. Mandalay Region: Pyinoolwin District, 10 Apr 1933, Dickason 6122 (holotype: AMES).

Specimens examined:— MANDALAY. Pyinoolwin District : type . SHAN. Illegible: 2000 m, Jan 1888, Manders s.n. ( K), det. P. Efimov ; Muse District : fide Aung et al. (2020: 83). Kyaukme District : 440 m, 5 Mar 2014, Saw Lwin SL 63 ( RAF, RAF [s]) .

Distribution:— Myanmar, Thailand and Indochina.

Note:— Recently discovered populations of this plant in Thailand and Vietnam show that E. dickasonii falls into the variability of E. flava ( Pedersen et al. 2013: 358−370) .
