Homotypic synonym: Callista denudans (D.Don) Kuntze, Revis. Gen . Pl. 2: 654, 1891.

Specimen examined:— SAGAING. Kale District : fide Aung et al. (2020: 78) . CHIN. Mindat District : 1 Sep 2009, Matsumoto 20090701 ( MBK). Also reported from Kachin State by Kress et al. (2003: 73), but we have not seen material from this area.

Distribution:— The Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar and Thailand.
