SHAN. Unspecified: Manders s.n. ( K); Lashio District: 1065 m, 8 Apr 1940, Dickason 9677 ( AMES); Hopang District: 1675 m, May 1940, Dickason 9704 ( AMES); Taunggyi District: fide Moore (1895: 171). TENASSERIM. Griffith s.n. (not located), fide Seidenfaden (1985: 38); Parish 88 (not located), fide Parish (1883: 193). TANINTHARYI. Dawei District: fide Aung et al. (2020: 78). Reported from Sagaing Region, Kayah and Rakhine states, Yangon Region and Mon State by Kress et al. (2003: 73), but we have not seen material from these areas.

Distribution:— India, the Himalayas, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina, southwestern and southern China and Peninsular Malaysia.

Dendrobium findlayanum C.S.P.Parish & Rchb. f., Trans. Linn. Soc. London 30: 149, 1874. Types:— MYANMAR. Tenasserim: Parish 192 (lectotype: K, designated by Clayton 2017: 70; icon. W-R 20971). Syntype: MYANMAR. Thai border: Findlay s.n. ( W)

Specimens examined:— SHAN. Taunggyi District: fide Moore (1895: 171); same loc., 1220 m, Bogg s.n. in Maymyo Bot. Gard. 13533 ( K). TENASSERIM. Type . NO DETAILED LOCALITY. Myanmar-Thai border: type.Also reported from Yangon Region by Kress et al. (2003: 73), but we have not seen material from this area.

Distribution:— Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.
