Distribution:— Northern Myanmar to southwestern and southern China.
Note:— In the past, this name was included in the concept of C. brevicornu Lindl. ( Pearce & Cribb 2002: 284, Chen et al. 2009: 303) but recently recognized as distinct ( Clayton & Cribb 2013: 135; listed as endemic to China).
