Notes
The genus Syntomernus could be considered an aberrant group of the genus Bracon . It is similar but differs from Bracon mainly by the sculpture and shape of the second and third metasomal tergites. Maximum width of the third metasomal tergite is 2.6 times its medial length or more, with anterolateral grooves and the second tergite has a mediobasal area and is usually connected to the median carina ( Figure 5I View Figure 5 ).
