Stegana (Steganina) stachydifolia View in CoL sp. nov.
( Figs 2F View FIGURE 2 , 9 View FIGURE 9 )
Diagnosis. This species resembles S. malanostoma Chen & Chen, 2008 from Hubei, China in the colour patterns of body ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ) and some characters of male terminalia ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 ), but can be distinguished by the aedeagus with 1 pair of fringe-like processes ventrally ( Fig. 9C, D View FIGURE 9 ); gonopods slightly protruded dorsomedially, with a few serrated, minute processes ( Fig. 9E, F View FIGURE 9 ). The minimum interspecific genetic distance to S. malanostoma is 3.4%, which is smaller than to other species ( Table 2).
Description. Male: Frons black on upper half, with 1 yellow band medially, brown below. First flagellomere yellow on basal 2/3, black on distal 1/3. Clypeus black medially, yellow laterally. Palpus yellow, slightly brownish apically. Mesonotum brown medially, yellowish brown laterally ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ). Katepisternum entirely white. Scutellum brown ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ). Foreleg femur with 4 long suberect setae near distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites entirely brown ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ). Male terminalia ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 ): Epandrium with ca. 24 setae on dorsal to posterolateral portion per side. Cercus lacking pubescence. Surstylus distally with numerous setulae on inner surface. Paramere with ca. 2 setulae. Aedeagus with numerous, thin setae along apical margin and serration processes on dorsal portion. Gonopods with 1 small projection distodorsally in lateral view.
