Diagnosis. Mesonotum black medially, brown laterally ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ); aedeagus convex apicomedially ( Fig. 4C, D View FIGURE 4 ).
Description. Male: Frons black. First flagellomere orange on basal 2/3, black on distal 1/3. Clypeus and palpus yellow. Katepisternum entirely white. Scutellum black ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ). Femur of foreleg with 4 long erect setae near distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites nearly black ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ). Male terminalia ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 A–G): Epandrium slightly protruded ventrally, with ca. 30 setae on posterior portion per side. Surstylus slender, with several setulae distally. Cercus lacking pubescence. Paramere with 1 setula. Tenth sternite broadened, with 1 pair of processes submedially. Female terminalia ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 H–J): Epiproct and cercus with setae, lacking pubescence. Hypoproct entirely pubescent, with dense setae along posterior margin. Eighth sternite glabrous on basal 3/4 region, with pubescence and a few of setae on distal 1/4 region.
Measurements. BL = 3.27 mm in 1♂, 2.93 mm in 1♀, ThL = 1.42 mm in ♂, 1.54 mm in ♀, WL = 3.32 mm in ♂, 2.59 mm in ♀, WW = 1.21 mm in ♂, 1.23 mm in ♀, arb = 5–7/4–6, avd = 0.65–0.75, adf = 1.26–1.27, flw = 1.76–1.82, FW/HW = 0.30–0.33, ch/o = 0.23–0.25, prorb = 0.27–0.28, rcorb = 0.74–0.90, vb = 0.57–0.60, dcl = 0.57–0.62, presctl = 0.64–0.72, sctl = damaged, sterno = 0.82, orbito = 1.59–1.68, dcp = 0.32–0.33, sctlp = 1.73– 1.74, C = 1.94–2.08, 4c = 0.95–1.13, 4v = 1.30–1.45, 5x = 1.26–1.63, ac = 8.39–9.92, M = 0.42–0.50, C3F = 0.63– 0.70.
