147. Anaglyptus (Anaglyptus) gibbosus (Fabricius, 1787)

Examined material. None.

Distribution. Southwestern Europe, Balkan Peninsula, Northern Africa.

Distribution in Serbia. N (V) (54; 60).

Remarks. Very rare species in Serbia. Known from a site on Mt. Fruška Gora ( Pil & Stojanović 2008). Danilevsky (2015) mentioned the presence of the species in Serbia, but didn’t provide any further data on the precise locations in the country.

Examined material. Totally 103 specimens from different localities (South Banat D, Vršačko Brdo Hill; Pomoravlje D, Svilajnac, Baćica Hill; City of Belgrade D, Belgrade, Košutnjak Park; City of Belgrade D, Belgrade, Miljakovac; Prizren D, Mt. Šar Planina, Brezovica; Zaječar D, Mt. Rtanj, village of Rtanj; City of Belgrade D, Mt. Avala, Čarapićev Brest; Zlatibor D, Mt. Zvijezda, village of Džanići; Zaječar D, Soko Banja; Zlatibor D, Mt. Tara, Predov Krst; Bor D, Tekija; City of Belgrade D, Belgrade, Vidikovac; Srem D, Šid, by the Bosut River; City of Belgrade D, Barajevo, Guberevac Forest; Raška D, Mt. Golija, village of Rudno, 1,150 m a.s.l.) ( Ilić 2005; Ilić & Ćurčić 2013; Ilić et al. 2013; this paper).

Distribution. Europe, Mt. Caucasus, Asia Minor , Transcaucasian area, Northern Africa.

Distribution in Serbia. N (V), W, C, E, and S (including K) (1; 2; 9; 14; 21–23; 25; 27; 43; 53; 54; 60; 62; 68; 75; 76; 80).

Remarks. Common species in Serbia. Mostly found on flowers of hawthorn in spring.
