*Genus Diphlebia Selys, 1869

On the basis of the available information on morphology ( Stewart 1980) confident identifications were hitherto found impossible. D. euphoeoides and D. hybridoides are known only from north of the Paluma-Eungella gap; D. coerulescens from the Eungella area south to approximately 30ºS, whereas both D. lestoides and D. nymphoides seem to inhabit only eastern Australia south of 24ºS, but with only D. nymphoides inhabiting Carnarvon N.P. ( Theischinger & Endersby 2009).
