Key to females of the Afrotropical species of Plectiscus View in CoL View at ENA
1. Second metasomal tergite elongate, about 2.0× as long as wide, longitudinally striate to the apex ( Fig. 1H View FIGURE 1 ). Antenna with 27 flagellomeres; first flagellomere 4.2× as long as wide. Mesosoma yellow ventrally ( Fig. 1A View FIGURE 1 )............ P. oblongus sp. n.
- Second metasomal tergite subquadrate, at most 1.2× as long as wide, longitudinally striate at most to the middle ( Fig. 2I View FIGURE 2 ). Antenna with at most 22 flagellomeres; first flagellomere about 3.0× as long as wide.
