Labels : “ Yunnan Province Dairi (= Tali, in Chinese character)/ 28-V-1988 / SMURAYAMA,” “Labocla [sic!]/ bifasciata/ disparalis/ HOLOTYPE.”

A male specimen was designated as the holotype by Murayama (1995), and the specimen was retrieved in LBM ( Figs. 34–36 View FIGURES 19–36 ; Dried Insect Database Reg. no. 1500022020).

Huang (2003) synoymized disparalis Murayama, 1995 with bifasciatus Bremer & Grey, 1853, and we follow his treatment.
