Diagnosis. Body black, with great yellow markings ( Figs 81–89 View FIGURES 81–89 ): clypeus (except apex in female), medial frontal spot (bigger in male and connecting clypeus), eye sinus (extending to clypeus in male), A1 ventrally, mandible except apex, a wide band on gena, pronotum except apex, tegula except big translucent spot, parategula, large spot of female scutellum, metanotum, lateral-dorsal surface of propodeum, legs greatly, greatly wide bands of T1–T3, apical wide band of T2 laterally extending forward to middle, apical narrow bands of T3–T5 or T3–T6, apical band of S2 and lateral spot at apex of S3. Apex of clypeus almost truncate and a bit wider than the inter-antennal space and about 1/4 of the maximum width of clypeus ( Figs 83–84 View FIGURES 81–89 ); pronotum ( Fig. 85 View FIGURES 81–89 ) without raised pronotal carina and its lateral side without well-developed angle; body coarsely ( Figs 81–82 View FIGURES 81–89 ) punctate except clypeus with sparse punctures, punctures of T1 ( Fig. 88 View FIGURES 81–89 ) coarser and denser than those of T2, and each of T1–T3 apically with one row of obviously bigger punctures than those at remaining parts ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 81–89 ); propodeal margin between dorsal surfaces and lateral and posterior surfaces without tooth-like protuberance ( Fig. 87 View FIGURES 81–89 ).
Distribution. China (new record: Xinjiang); Turkey; Russia; Iran; Armenia; Azerbaijan; Afghanistan; Turkmenistan; Uzbekistan; Kyrgyzstan.
