Material examined. Holotype, 6, Huguo , Longchuan, Yunnan, China, 10 August, 2013, coll. Jiao Jiao. Paratypes: 1 6, same data as holotype but 9 August, 2013, coll. Guanglin Xie. Other specimens (conserved in alcohol): 2 6, same data as holotype .
Description. Male. Yellowish brown. Head. Face yellowish brown. Internal margin of antennal socket, scape and pedicel blackish brown. Fastigium verticis conical, apex obtusely rounded, in the centre a shallow furrow is present; dorsal surface of head with 4 distinct darkish brown stripes ( Figure 4A View FIGURE 4 ): outer stripes extending to internal margin of antennal socket, which continued along the pronotum, medial stripes fused in fastigium verticis. Eyes round-oval, lighter brown. Apical segments of maxillary palpi slightly longer than subapical ones, apices slightly inflated; the apices of maxillary palpi slightly darker brown.
Thorax. The outer stripes of the head continued to the apical area of metazona, area between them with a blackish brown stripe; anterior margin of pronotum slightly straight, posterior margin narrowly rounded; the lateral lobe longer than high ( Figure 4B View FIGURE 4 ).
Tegmina. Tegmina surpassing the pronotum, the posterior margin reaching the middle area of third abdominal tergite ( Figure 4B View FIGURE 4 ); around the tegmina yellowish brown. Hind wings absent.
Legs. All femora without ventral spines. Fore coxae with a small spine. Fore tibiae with 4 internal and 5 external spines on ventral margin, apices with 1 pair of ventral spines. Middle tibiae with 4 pairs of spines and 1 pair of apical spines. Genicular lobes of hind femora with obtuse apices, black; tibiae with 25–25 internal spines and 23–25 external spines on dorsal surface, apices with 1 pair of dorsal spines and 2 pairs of ventral spines, darkish brown.
Abdomen. Tergites and sternites black. Tenth abdominal tergite with arched concavity; epiproct tongueshaped, distinctly invaginated dorsally. Cerci. Yellow. Dorsal internal margin of basal half slightly expanded, ( Figure 4C View FIGURE 4 ), ventral internal margin with 1 obviously longer digitiform lobe ( Figure 4C View FIGURE 4 ), the apical pointed insides, apices obtusely rounded. Apical half of cerci spine-shaped, slightly incurved, apices obtuse ( Figure 4F View FIGURE 4 ). Subgenital plate with base broad, gradually narrowing, basal margin nearly straight, with 1 V-shaped membranous area; subapical area slightly trapezoidal, projecting, posterior margin truncate ( Figure 4F View FIGURE 4 ). Styli conical, apices obtuse, inserted on the subapex of subgenital plate.
Female. Unknown.
Measurements. Body length: ♂ 8.0– 8.5 mm, ♀ 7.4 mm; length of pronotum: ♂ 4.4–4.6 mm, ♀ 3.4 mm; length of tegmina: ♂ 2.8–3.0 mm, ♀ 0.8 mm; length of hind femora: ♂ 8.3–8.8 mm, ♀ 8.5 mm; length of ovipositor: 4.6 mm.
Distribution. CHINA (Yunnan).
Diagnosis. The new species is very similar to Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) mistshenkoi (Gorochov, 1993) , but differs from the latter in: basal area of male cerci with slightly expanded dorsal margin and 1 longer digitiform ventral lobe, subapical area of subgenital plate trapezoid projecting. In Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) mistshenkoi (Gorochov, 1993) male, the cerci have keel-like round dorsal lobe and wide curved internal lobe, the apices of internal lobe nearly triangular.
Etymology. The specific name ‘ angustimarginis ’ is derived from Latin word ‘ angust ’ (=narrow) and ‘ margin ’ (=margin). It refers to the dorsal margin of male cerci slightly expanded.
