Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) Bian View in CoL & Shi , subgen. nov.
Type species: Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) latusiprocera Bian & Shi sp. nov.
Diagnosis. The male cerci of the subgenus with: basal half stout, dorsal internal margin lobate expanding, ventral internal margin with 1 obvious process, the apex acute dorsally; apical half narrowing.
The subgenus includes six species, namely: Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) latusiprocera Bian & Shi sp. nov., Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) angustimarginis Bian & Shi, sp. nov., Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) platylobosis Bian & Shi, sp. nov., Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) adentis Bian , Shi & Chang, 2012, Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) mistshenkoi (Gorochov, 1993) and Phlugiolopsis (Uncinata) yunnanensis Shi & Ou, 2005.
Etymology. The subgeneric name ‘ uncinata ’ is derived from Latin word referring to the ventral process of male cerci.
