The single species in this genus has idiosomal setal pattern 10A:9B/JV-3:ZV, most dorsal shield setae very small; heavily sclerotized shields; peritreme almost reaching j3; projection of posterior margin of sternal shield forked; both sexes with separate ventral and anal shields; preanal pores between ventral and anal shields; female with 2 pairs of metapodal shields.
