Distribution in India: Assam (Nameri National Park, Tezpur), Himachal Pradesh (Kangra, Dharamshala), Manipur (Loktak Lake), Rajasthan (Jodhpur, Kailana Lake), Sikkim, Tamil Nadu (Salem, Tiruchirappalli), Uttarakhand (Barkot), Uttar Pradesh (Agra, Moradabad), and West Bengal (Kolkata, Sunderban, Kalimpong, Darjeeling).

Global distribution: Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Nepal.
