Distribution in India: Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Port Blair), Kerala (Malabar), Maharashtra (Igtapuri, Nashik), Puducherry (Mahe), and West Bengal (Sunderban).

Global distribution: India, Maldives, Pakistan, and Thailand.
