Distribution in India: Jammu and Kashmir (Banihal), Lakshadweep (Minicoy), Madhya Pradesh (Mandla), Maharashtra (Pune), Odisha (Satkosia and Baisipalli Wildlife Sanctuary), Rajasthan (Bharatpur), Sikkim, Uttarakhand (Haridwar), and Uttar Pradesh.
Global distribution: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China ( Hong Kong), India, Iran, Japan, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
