Family Spercheidae View in CoL :

This family comprises 18 species in the genus Spercheus Kugelann , found in all zoogeographic regions of the world except Neartic ( Short 2017). Only two species have been described from India by Champion (1919) and Hebauer (1990), constituting 11.1% of the total diversity of the world ( Table 2 View TABLE 2 ).
