Type locality: Japan: Hokkaido Is., Otaru ( Jia & Zhang 2017).

Distribution in India: The precise locality of this widely distributed species within India remains uncertain based on available literature. However, Fikáček et al. (2015c) mentioned its presence in India.

Global distribution: Widely distributed in the Oriental and Paleartcic regions.
