Xiaodong Yu (IZ-CAS); 1 male, Wolong, Wuyipeng, 2600 m, mixed broadleaf-conifer forest, pitfall traps, 14–29.IX.2004, coll. Xiaodong Yu (IZ-CAS); 2 males, Wolong, Wuyipeng, Erdaoping, 2600– 2710 m, fir forest, pitfall traps, 19.VI–14.VII.2004, coll. Xiaodong Yu (IZ-CAS); 1 male, Wolong, Wuyipeng, 2700 m, fir forest, pitfall traps, 14–29.VI.2004, coll. Xiaodong Yu (IZ-CAS); 1 male, Wolong, Wuyipeng, 2840 m, primitive fir forest, pitfall traps, 15.VI–15.VII.2004, coll. Measurements. Body length: 12.7–15.8 mm. CL: 0.74; EL: 3.05; ELS: 1.62; EW: 2.96; HL: 2.03; HW: 2.17; PO: 0.86; PL: 2.43; PW: 2.09.

Distribution. Miobdelus egregius is at present known from Sichuan Province in China.
