TYPE LOCALITY: China, Sichuan, Weichoe, Si-ho River Valley, 12,000 ft .
DISTRIBUTION: Recorded from mountains of E Xizang (Tibet; see Feng et al., 1986) and Sichuan, China.
COMMENTS: Closely related to V. musseri according to Lawrence (1982) and Zagorodnyuk (1990).
