TYPE LOCALITY: Indonesia, C Sulawesi, Gunung Nokilalaki, 7400 ft .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from 6000-7500 ft in montane rain forest on Gunung Nokilalaki, but probably occurs elsewhere in mountainous central part of Sulawesi.
