TYPE LOCALITY: Ivory Coast, Adiopodoume .

DISTRIBUTION: Recorded only from Ivory Coast and Ghana.

COMMENTS: Part of the murine fauna endemic to W Africa (see account of Grammomys buntingi ). Distributional and morphometric data summarized by Robbins and Setzer (1979).
