TYPE LOCALITY: Pakistan, Sind, Karachi .

DISTRIBUTION: Pakistan, adjacent India and Afghanistan.

COMMENTS: Raman and Sharna (1977) reported essentially no similarity between karyotypes of M. meltada and M. gleadowi .
